It's a while since I have done a wedding post on my blog, but here is one from a wedding I did in October. The wedding Ceremony was at St Peter's Church in Heysham Village. The Church is a lovely 'compact' church, and having the two photographers enabled us to get some great shots from different angles, without having to move around, which could've been distracting.

After the ceremony the couple wanted to get some shots at the remains of St Patricks Chapel which overlooks Morecambe Bay, whilst the weather was definitely blustery we managed to get some shots with a great back drop. We love shooting weddings with different backdrops makes for more interesting photographs.

We then headed to The Longlands Hotel in Carnforth for the wedding reception, I have done lots of weddings at The Longlands over the years, and it was quite sad that this was going to be the last wedding to be held at The Longlands, as they are redeveloping it and focusing their business on different areas, but I have lots of great memories of weddings here, and this was no exception!

We took photos by the canal and got some great candid shots of guests enjoying the day!!
