It was back to Ribby Hall Village this weekend for my Saturday wedding, the marriage of Eddie and Kerry. I'd been fortunate to spend a bit of time with Eddie and Kerry photographing an engagement shoot for them at our onsite studio at Ribby Hall, so knew it would be a fun wedding to shoot.

It was a perfect day for the couple, although the "blistering Lancashire sunshine" did through up some challenges for us as photographers, trying to avoid squints and harsh shadows!

We photographed right the way through from Bridal prep, to the service which was at St Chads, Poulton, we then went with the couple to Wrea Green, to get some "typically English" shots on the green with cricketers playing in the background, before coming back to the Woodlands suite at Ribby Hall Village.

Eddie is a musician in the army, so with him in and his colleagues in full military dress, this added some great colour to the images. It was a great day, and I hope I managed to capture some timeless memories for Eddie and Kerry.
