It was a glorious June Saturday for Jess and Mike's Big Day, at The Villa at Levens. The Villa is a fantastic venue for a wedding on the edge of The Lake District, with some fantastic locations for photographs, especially on a fine summers day!

The whole wedding was at the hotel, which makes it slightly less stressful for the photographer, but I went to the couples house to photograph the bridal preparations and Dave my second photographer on the day went to spend time with the boys! Whilst the hours before the wedding can sometimes be the most stressful, you can also get some great natural shots, and this couple didn't seem at all nervous about their forthcoming nuptials.

We photographed the whole day from the service, to the speeches, to the garden games right through to 1st dance and beyond, here are just a few shots from the day!
